We encourage you to get in touch & share your modern stories of loss, coping & change. You know what did & didn't work for your grief journey, so share it with us. Tell us about the resources, blogs or podcasts that you’ve found useful.

We'd also love to receive submissions of favourite family recipes, artwork, photography, poetry, illustrations, prose of remembrance or your favourite funeral music, tracks of dedication or playlists. 

If you know of talented others who'd also like to submit their stories or artwork, please share the link on our site & get your friends involved. 

You can submit MP3 audio files, MP4 and MOV video files, JPEG, TIFF, PNG & PDF stories of your journey, poetry & descriptions of your favourite reads or artwork!  

Don’t be afraid to share your humour, as much as your experiences. If you’d like to pitch a feature article, or if you’re a professional practitioner, please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you too.
